What are Omnexus and SpecialChem?
About Omnexus / SpecialChem
We are an online Service Provider for the chemical
industry and its clients' industries. SpecialChem was established in 2000 by ex-managers from Atofina,
GE, Solvay and Bostik Findley, and provides industry news, databases,
technical information and online expert assistance to professionals buying
or specifying chemicals and polymers, on a global basis. Our role is to assist
industry professionals in solving their technical problems and to help them
in developing better and innovative products much faster. While doing this,
we help chemicals and polymers suppliers find new customers and new applications,
launch new products, and diffuse new technologies.
So far, we have developed service websites for
Polymer Additives & Colors (2000),
Adhesives & Sealants Formulations (2002),
Paints, Coatings & Inks (2003),
Personal Care & Toiletries (2006),
Bonding & Fastening (2006).
With Omnexus, we are excited to now serve the entire plastics and rubber industry.
